En-Sure celebrates its 10th anniversary!

June 2017 marks 10 years since En-Sure was set up to provide environmental monitoring and consultancy services.

In 2007, En-Sure started providing a limited range of environmental monitoring services, mainly focusing on operational monitoring of large construction sites.  At the time the team consisted of two persons.

En-Sure’s portfolio was gradually broadened over the years such that today it includes a whole gamut of services, including noise, vibration and air monitoring, archaeological monitoring, occupational health and safety consultancy, project management, environmental permitting (including IED / IPPC), land contamination / remediation assessments, waste characterisation, and environmental and health and safety audits.  This was supported by a steady staff recruitment programme, and investment in staff training as well as state-of-the art monitoring equipment.

In 2015, En-Sure obtained the ISO 14001 environmental certification, a testament to its ongoing commitment to improve its environmental performance, including the services it offers to its clients.  Today En-Sure is a leading service provider in the environmental monitoring and consultancy sector in Malta, and employs 11 valued staff members.  En-Sure is also an equal opportunities employer and certified under the e-Quality scheme of the NCPE.

Rachel Xuereb, Director at En-Sure, said, “This 10-year anniversary is a fantastic opportunity for us to take stock of how far we’ve come and look forward to the future with new ideas.  We thank our clients and employees for supporting us in our vision to make En-Sure the best environmental monitoring service provider on the island, and look forward to our continued success.”
