En-Sure Team Member obtains Chartered Biologist Status

TitianTitian Schembri, Lead Monitor & Project Manager at En-Sure, recently achieved Chartered Biologist (CBiol) status. Chartered status is recognised as a hallmark of excellence in both the UK and the European Union. It engenders public confidence in professionals and gives employers confidence in their employees. Chartered status demonstrates that a professional has successfully passed a rigorous peer review and evaluation process and was deemed to have the ability to achieve excellence, attain high standards of competence, has a high level of personal integrity, and is skilled in exercising leadership in professional work.

In order to maintain chartered status, the professional must demonstrate an aptitude for constant improvement and must keep a regularly updated CPD record. Aside from being an achievement in itself, chartered status is therefore also a mechanism whereby the professional undergoes professional development and ensures ongoing improvement.

Titian Schembri joined En-Sure in 2007, and leads En-Sure’s operational and environmental monitoring team. In addition to Chartered Biologist status, he is also a member of the Royal Society of Biology and the Project Management Institute.
