August 2013 – Monitoring at Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal

Dredging works for the new terminal extension at the Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal in Mellieha have recently been completed. The works will allow the berthing of the Gozo ferries on the outer berth (Berth 3), thereby maximising the use of the infrastructure at this port.

En-Sure’s role in this project was to provide environmental site management services during the dredging works and to oversee marine ecological monitoring.
