Excavation and construction of a service gallery and associated ventilation and access shafts plus any other civil works. The tunnel will run from approximately ¾ of the route of a proposed tunnel from Swieqi to the proposed St Andrews Distribution Centre in Pembroke and leading to the Maghtab Terminal Station.
