En-Sure assisted a local woodwork and steelwork manufacturing company with its environmental permit application to MEPA. The company intends to expand its existing woodwork and steelwork facilities and add an additional floor to its current administration building in order to allow for an increase in production activities and better organisation of the site.

The environmental permit application covered the entire operations of the new site. Guidance was provided to the applicant on best practice environmental measures in relation to waste management, emissions to air and storage of raw materials and fuels, following which the application was submitted to MEPA’s Environmental Permitting and Industry Unit.
