Rachel Decelis, Senior Environmental Consultant at En-Sure, recently published a paper in the journal Business Strategy and the Environment. The paper, entitled “Examining the drivers and outcomes of corporate commitment to climate change action in European high emitting industry”, explores the factors that lead managers in the power generation and chemical plant sectors to take positive action to reduce their facility’s climate footprint. En-Sure upgrades its Environmental Certification

En-Sure was recently certified to ISO 14001:2015, the new Environmental Management System (EMS) standard which replaced the ISO 14001:2009 standard. The new standard places a greater emphasis on improving an organisation’s environmental performance by requiring the organisation’s management to show leadership and commitment to environmental performance, requiring consideration of the organisation’s risks and opportunities, and requiring a lifecycle approach to be taken when considering an organisation’s impacts. En-Sure celebrates its 10th anniversary!

June 2017 marks 10 years since En-Sure was set up to provide environmental monitoring and consultancy services.

In 2007, En-Sure started providing a limited range of environmental monitoring services, mainly focusing on operational monitoring of large construction sites.  At the time the team consisted of two persons.

En-Sure welcomes new team member

We are pleased to welcome Krzysztof Nalewajski to the En-Sure team. Krzysztof joins En-Sure as a Technical Officer, where he will primarily be using his skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software to further improve and expand the services provided by En-Sure.

Krzysztof was born in Cracow, Poland and came to live in Malta at the beginning of 2017. He has an engineering degree from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Cracow University of Technology. In addition to his interest related to engineering, he simultaneously developed his knowledge in the field of draughting and designing, and is now a qualified and a proficient user of AutoCAD. En-Sure Director achieves Chartered Environmentalist status

Rachel Xuereb, Director at En-Sure, recently achieved Chartered Environmentalist status and also became a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

This achievement is awarded to highly experienced individuals who spend most of their time working towards environmental improvements for their organisation, opportunities for their business, clients and staff, and working towards a sustainable economy.

Equality Mark Recertification

The National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) recently recertified En-Sure Ltd with the Equality Mark for a further three years. En-Sure first obtained the Equality Mark in January 2015. Read more..
